What do you do when your hearts desire is to do one thing, yet it requires a large sum of money and on a missionary salary (there is none! its all friends and family who support me) it seems impossible??
So here is my dilemma, Last year i had plans of taking holidays to go to two weddings, one in the states in July followed by one in England in August. God had been speaking to me about one of those weddings and challenging me to lay it down and submit it to him. So that is what i did. There is still this one wedding in England that i would really really want to get to. It's one of the girls from my DTS getting married and a few of our school should be there. I'm going to be so disappointed if i don't get there. SO i've looked into prices and i'm looking at anywhere between 3000-5000 Dollars.
How does a missionary raise money for holidays? asking people to pray about supporting me to do the work i do is hard enough… but how does someone ask for money to have a holiday? that is my dilemma!? anyone out there understand? anyone out there have any input??
